In 1991, managing partners and owners Robert Sproule and Bill Scurfield formed Contact Marketing, a Winnipeg-based company offering database and direct marketing services.
Power of Consumer Relations
Contact Marketing acquired Central Canada Telemanagement in 1995, adding that firm's comprehensive customer contact and tele-service support for client database building to its list of capabilities.
The Call for Technology
In 1999, the company acquired Applican Marketing Systems, a Toronto-based firm specializing in lead generation and technology applications development. The three companies were re-branded as Kenna Marketing, Kenna Connect and Kenna Technology.
Merger
In 2002, Kenna Group companies amalgamated into a single enterprise under the brand Kenna Group. Today, Kenna Group is a leader in the field of enterprise customer management, delivering end-to-end solutions to Fortune 1000 companies across North America.
